Serving Size: A single tea bag makes 2 to 2.5 cups of aromatic psilocybin tea

Ritual Tea Instructions:

Items you need:

DÖSE Ritual tea bags
Kettle or pot for boiling water
Tea strainer (fine) or tea infuser
Honey, fresh ginger slice and lemon slice (optional)

STEP 1: Bring 600 ml (2.5 cups) of water to almost a boil (195°F – 200°F) and then remove from heat source.

STEP 2: Empty the contents of one (1) sealed RITUAL tea bag into the tea infuser or directly into the kettle using a strainer. Fill the tea strainer with boiling water. Optional: Add a lemon wedge or a chopped or sliced piece of ginger to the strainer or tea strainer. Cover and let steep for 10-12 minutes.

STEP 3: Pour and enjoy. Add honey to taste. The effects of psilocybin mushroom are often felt within 15 to 20 minutes of consumption and can last 3 to 6 hours.
