Ingredients per vegetarian capsule: 184 mg organic lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus) extract of 100% fruiting body (mushroom). It is a full spectrum extract obtained by means of H2O and ethanol. This is to get the most out of the fruiting bodies. It contains 30% polysaccharides and beta-glucans. 46 mg vitamin C, 23mg alanine, 23 mg choline, 23 mg gaba, 23 mg l-glutamine, 27 mg l-histidine, 23mg l-theanine, 11mg magnesium, 23 mg panex ginseng, 4.6 mg zinc, 5.8 mg vitamin B 1,2,6,8,11 and 12, 1.2 mg vitamin K.
